Pai Mu Tan
Description
This rare white tea is made from very small buds & leaves that are picked in the early Spring. A very special white tea, produced on a limited scale. Extremely pale infusion, with fresh clean aroma. May be infused up to 4 times within 24 hours. Water temperature must be about 80C to 85C. Recommended brewing time is 30 seconds to 1 minute.
