Grown in the foothills of the Himalayas at elevations from 600 to 2100 metres. A relaxing afternoon tea. Darjeelings are the most celebrated of all Indian teas. Here, the gardens are so high that the tea plants develop slowly, creating leaves of unrivalled flavour, intensity, and full-body. This tea produces a very clear bright infusion and a gentle delicate flavour. Recommended brewing time is 2 to 5 minutes
